Shapline is now offering a 3D modeling service. Using our services is the assurance of benefiting from a qualitative and tailor-made design for each of our clients.

Our service in 7 steps:

Stages 1:

Please contact us via our contact form below with a description of your part design needs or model for a 3D design that you can print from home via your 3D printer.

Stages 2:

After receiving your request, you will be contacted to obtain various information in order to establish a precise estimate of the price of the project (size of the room, measurement). HAS At this stage you may be asked to provide a diagram or representation of our project as below.

Stages 3:

Within less than 48 hours, you will be contacted to inform you of the completion date and the feasibility of your project.

Stages 4:

After validation of the order on your part, we will produce the part or 3D model requested within the deadlines indicated during the last exchange. Once the realization is completed. We will contact you again and provide you with a 3D rendering for verification or possible retouching (additional costs may be added to the price initially set in the event of retouching the model presented).

steps 5:

If you validate the relevance of our model, you can proceed to payment in full before final sending by email of our 3D model (in STL format) so that it can be printed by you.

steps 6:

Payment will be made securely via PayPal or Stripe services. When paying, you waive your 14-day withdrawal period and any reimbursement after sending the product from us due to the dematerialized nature of the product sold.

Sending the model in STL format (or others if necessary) by email ready to be printed.
