3D printing recommendations

When preparing the printing file, we recommend positioning the part vertically and slightly tilted backward on the print bed to ensure the flexibility and strength of the attachment clips that secure it to the wheel center. During printing, it will be necessary to configure support structures across the entire part to ensure a successful print. We recommend using ABS filament, which is better suited for automotive applications thanks to its durability and resistance to moisture and sunlight.

Customization recommendations

The wheel center caps for BBS wheels are specially designed to be painted, allowing you to achieve a raised finish. It is important to properly prepare the surface before painting by lightly sanding it to obtain a smooth and clean finish.
